For our respectable Client, an international company and a world leader in its industry, we are advertising the following position:

Communication and Content Associate (M/F)

Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina


Our Client is looking for a creative candidate with experience in managing brands, category management, budgeting, and copywriting processes.

Our Client expects candidates who have analytical skills, a strong eye for detail, who are communicative and team-oriented, but who are also ready to complete assigned tasks independently.

Job Description: 

  • Work on marketing strategies and plans deployment by defining the right materials per each channel and ensure strong activation with company partners and direct sales points, that will support objectives;
  • Responsible for the assets adaptation as per local needs to increase visibility and presence of the product in all areas;
  • Support Supervisor Portfolio, Comms, and Content in communication with partners, sales, legal, and corporate affairs functions during communication campaigns to ensure all content on brand;
  • Follow up on competitive actions, evaluate market research reports, and organize field visits in order to develop necessary events, activities, and campaigns;
  • Prepare regular reports on communication initiatives and recommend improvements based on data.

Skills and competencies needed:

  • Education in Marketing, Economics, Psychology/Sociology;
  • 1-2 years experience in brand marketing, strong knowledge of the market;
  • Strong PC skills ( PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  • Excellent oral and written English;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Agility and willingness to learn.
