Consumer Journey Associate (M/F)

 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina


As a member of the Customer Experience department, the candidate will be responsible for providing operational support in executing customer journey initiatives across selected channels.

This role assists in preparing communication materials, coordinates activities in line with established guidelines, and supports performance monitoring to ensure the consistent and aligned implementation of all consumer-focused programs.

Job Description: 

  • Participating in the improvement of existing and the development of new consumer experiences based on their feedback and needs.
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of activities aimed at attracting and retaining consumers.
  • Providing support to the field team through the preparation and delivery of training materials and ensuring their knowledge of processes and procedures remains up to date.
  • Closely collaborating with the commercial team to ensure high-quality and efficient execution of activities.
  • Collecting feedback from the field and proposing improvements to mechanisms and processes.
  • Ensuring that all work activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, the marketing code, EA guidelines, and PMI procedures.

Skills and competencies needed:

  • Education in Marketing, Economics, Psychology/Sociology;
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, strong knowledge of the market;
  • Strong PC skills ( PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  • Excellent oral and written English;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Agility and willingness to learn.
