Payroll and Administration Specialist (m/f)

Mjesto rada: Sarajevo

DEKRA Arbeit BH is a successful international company with a long-standing presence in the market. We are seeking a responsible, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist, ready to take ownership of their tasks.

Your key responsibilities:

• Preparation and drafting of employment contracts and other documents related to the employment relationship.
• Registration and de-registration of employees with the relevant institutions.
• Timely management and maintenance of employee personnel records.
• Complete calculation of salaries, benefits, and deductions by applicable regulations.
• Verification and entry of data related to payments according to legal and internal regulations.
• Preparation of decisions, resolutions, and other reports related to the rights and obligations of employees.
• Providing advisory support to clients on matters of payroll and income tax.
• Continuous monitoring of legal provisions and regulations.
• Archiving and organization of business documentation.

You are an ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll calculation.
• You see laws and regulations not as an obstacle, but as a challenge you know well.
• Excel is your best friend, and you never miss the details.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You are a proactive person who likes to solve problems and take initiative.
