 Samsung Ambassador (m/f)

Vitez, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Our Client is looking for a Sambassador as a part of the sales force, in charge of providing targeted sales, and also the face and voice of Samsung towards customers, presenting the brand itself in the store he/she is located. Each SA (Sambassador) has a sell-out target, created in a way that ensures the SA is not only cost-effective but also achieves sell-out targets that align with the company's sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increasing sell-out of Samsung products in dedicated shops, focusing on premium sales out
• DS target tracking  (through MCS and directly on the field) and improvement
• Sell out slow-moving stock
• Demonstrate and explain product features and advantages to potential Consumers
• Assist the retailer’s sales force to increase Samsung product sales
• Promoting Samsung Brand
• Looking after Samsung visibility (brand and multibrand)
• Reporting the daily data collected
• Maintaining a good relationship with the Partner
• Handling customer complaints and enabling the Partner to handle any issues with the customers
• Basic Training on product feature updates and key selling points on various products to the shop owners
• Negotiate better locations or maintain locations for products & POPs as appropriate
• Collect the requested data from each shop and report to the supervisor
• All other duties on the orders of the MD/Coordinator/RM

Qualifications and Skills:

• Completed high school or university degree
• Relevant sales experience is a significant asset for this position
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
