For our Client, an international company and a world leader in its industry, we are advertising the following position:


Trade Activation Associate (m/f) 

Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina


Our Client is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for the development and execution of trade engagement activities, including the organization, management, and supervision of third-party trade engagement initiatives. This role involves collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of trade engagement platforms and initiatives.

Job Description: 

  • Coordination of all trade engagement activities in the commercialization process of brand initiatives;
  • Planning and coordination by using the available toolbox for all Trade activities for all brands at different touchpoints;
  • Managing all logistics, ordering, and maintenance to make sure that field forces receive all necessary resources to better execute TE on the field;
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling the trade budget after obtaining the necessary approval of the Supervisor;
  • Deploy all financial resources through optimal allocation and usage, ensuring smart investment management for the maximum output, and full compliance with financial management and procedures as required by the company;
  • Working closely with other team members of the respective department and other departments within the organization to create synergy for successful business objectives achievement;
  • Monitoring development and maintenance of optimum coverage to ensure product communication throughout the consumer journey and brand building at relevant touch points.

If you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's qualification;
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in FMCG, Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales Support;
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities;
  • Excellent oral and written English;
  • Agility and willingness to learn.
